Booking Cancellation

Bookings may be cancelled within 24 hours, any taxi bookings cancelled after 24 hours will be chargeable at the full rate.

Customer Absent

If a customer fails to attend or show up without given prior notice, Just Transfers reserve the right to charge the customer a minimum of 50% of the cost of the journey booked.

Meet and Greet Charges

For Airport pickups we shall charge a minimum of £5.00 for car parking charges. This is a standard charge for parking, however further delays caused by customers will incur extra charges.

Flight Delays

Just Transfers shall monitor your flight using the flight number provided at the time of booking. If you miss your flight, you will be responsible for informing Just Transfers. Customers who fail to inform Just Transfers on a change in their travel plans shall be liable for the full cost of the journey.

Details of Booking

The client is responsible for the accuracy of the data provided to Just Transfers regarding their booking. Just Transfers shall not be responsible for discrepancies arising from incorrect flight numbers, date/time of travel or Airport destinations.

Smoking and Use of Vehicle

Smoking and the consumption of food and drink is prohibited in all vehicles provided by Just Transfers.

Customer Responsibility

Just Transfers will refuse a client entry to the vehicle if the driver suspects the client is intoxicated. In these circumstances the booking will be cancelled. We also reserve the right to cancel the booking if the driver sees the person(s) as a threat to themselves, the vehicle or other passengers. This includes anti social behavior, verbal or physical abuse towards any member or representative of Just Transfers. Just Transfers will recover the cost of repairing any damage or cleaning to the vehicle caused by the client.

Termination of Booking

Just Transfers reserves the right to terminate any booking if it places any driver at risk caused by the passenger(s). This includes any abuse or violence caused by passengers. Passengers will be asked to vacate the vehicle and no refund shall be due to the passenger(s).

Advanced Bookings

Just Transfers will charge a 50% deposit on selected bookings, the deposit will be held as security and is non-refundable if the passenger(s) do not show up. The deposit will be refunded in full providing 24 hour notice is given on cancellation by email or phone contact.

Child Travel

Customers who require Child seats must request these at the time of booking. All children travelling as passengers will be counted in the total number of passengers travelling. Just Transfers will use any child seats provided by the customer, the customer must inform us at the time of booking if this is the case.
